IntellMatch ("Platform", "IntellMatch", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its users ("Users", "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, share, and protect personal data when you access, register for, or use the Platform. By using IntellMatch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

2. Controller Identity and Jurisdiction

IntellMatch is registered and operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and acts as the Data Controller for personal data processed under this Privacy Policy, unless explicitly stated otherwise. This Privacy Policy is governed primarily by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations issued by SDAIA. Where IntellMatch offers services to, or monitors the behavior of, individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local data protection laws may also apply.

3. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all IntellMatch services, including: • Website and web applications • Mobile applications • Dashboards, tools, and features • Communications and support interactions

4. Personal Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data: 4.1 Account and Profile Data Name, email address, phone number, username, profile photo (if provided), age eligibility confirmation, gender (if voluntarily provided), city/country, language, preferences, interests, and other profile information you choose to submit. 4.2 Matching and Interaction Data Preferences, compatibility inputs, questionnaire responses, interaction history, messaging metadata (timestamps only, not message content unless reported), connections, blocks, reports, and feedback. 4.3 Content You Provide Text, images, and other information you upload, share, or generate through the Platform. 4.4 Technical and Device Data IP address, device type, operating system, browser or app version, identifiers, language settings, logs, and diagnostic data. 4.5 Usage and Analytics Data Pages viewed, features used, session duration, interaction patterns, and general engagement analytics. 4.6 Payment and Subscription Data (If Applicable) Subscription status, plan type, billing history, and payment confirmation. IntellMatch does not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

5. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect

5.1 Sensitive Personal Data IntellMatch does not require sensitive personal data such as government identification numbers, biometric data, health information, precise location, or financial account details. Users must not upload such data unless explicitly requested for a lawful purpose. Any submission of sensitive data is at the User's discretion and risk, and IntellMatch may remove such data to protect compliance and safety. 5.2 Data of Minors The Platform is not intended for individuals below the minimum age displayed at registration. We do not knowingly collect personal data of minors.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

8. AI and Automated Processing Notice

IntellMatch uses automated systems, algorithms, and AI models to generate matching suggestions, compatibility indicators, rankings, and insights. These outputs are informational only and are based on user-provided data and system logic, which may be incomplete or subjective. IntellMatch does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing. Users remain solely responsible for their decisions and interactions.

9. Sharing Personal Data

We may share personal data with: 9.1 Service Providers Cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, messaging services, and payment processors, strictly under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. 9.2 Legal and Safety Authorities Where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security. 9.3 Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, personal data may be transferred subject to appropriate safeguards. IntellMatch does not sell personal data as a business model.

10. User-to-User Visibility

Certain profile data and content you choose to share may be visible to other users depending on your settings. You control what you share and should avoid disclosing personal or sensitive information you do not wish others to see.

11. International Data Transfers

11.1 Saudi PDPL If personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such transfers are conducted in accordance with PDPL requirements, including any required safeguards, assessments, or approvals. 11.2 GDPR Where GDPR applies, international transfers are protected through appropriate mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

12. Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, monitoring, and security practices designed to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

13. Personal Data Breaches

We maintain incident response procedures. Where required by applicable law (including GDPR), competent authorities will be notified within 72 hours of becoming aware of a personal data breach. Affected users will be notified where legally required and appropriate.

14. Data Retention

14.1 Data is retained while your account is active and as necessary to provide the Service. 14.2 Upon account deletion, data may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required for legal, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes. 14.3 Limited records may be retained to prevent fraud and enforce Terms & Conditions.
